I had a wonderful experience working with Darakjian to design a custom ring. Cathy just gets me. She never tried to upsell me, and she was equally as excited about the ring as I was. For me, it is all about the energy around the creation and purchase of a meaningful piece like this, so I would never go to just any jeweler. This was the right place, with the right vibe, and they took great care of me. I should also mention this place has a great social club aspect. Once you are in the family, you can stop by any time for a glass of champagne and have a browse or just to talk. I love that!

Between the staff that helped us (Melanie is great!), some champagne, and the selection, had a really fun afternoon. I came in to look for an engagement ring and I’ll be honest I went to 10 or more places to get the best option that worked for me and my fiancé. I will easily say Armen at Darakjian Jewelers turned one of the toughest purchases I’ve had to make into an easy and smooth purchase. He was very easy to work with and gave me so many options to choose from and was very patient and polite while I was making my decision. If there is any local Jeweler’s who stands behind their work it’s Darakjian !! Sue greeted us at the door and was happy to answer any questions we had, items are made in house which left a great and reassuring feeling about getting a custom piece created here. Professional and personable. We spoke briefly about our project to the man who works on all custom jewelry and repairs, Discussion was over and 10 minutes later he comes out with a previous molding to give us a better idea which showed he truly cared to give us a better visual to make us comfortable about our decision. I loved that he came back out and invested the time to bring our dream to life with such a small detail of just showing a modeling of a previous project. Sue was a pleasure talking to she really made the experience so exciting! I would recommend anyone to purchase from Darakjian!!

My husband and I have been coming here the past few years and I have to admit, I’ll never go anywhere else. Every time I walk in, an associate is friendly and helpful. When I’ve had issues with my wedding and engagement bands (not designed here), they actually recreated them for me using my existing diamonds and I haven’t had an issue since. When I had rings made with my kids’ birthstones, they were professional, helpful, and surprisingly fast and matched the style to my wedding band perfectly. Couldn't be happier with the service and communication provided by Armen and his team at Darakjian. There's a reason this jeweler has such a loyal following. My fiancé worked with the jewelers to design her perfect custom engagement ring that others told her was too difficult to work with and they kept it right on track with my budget. They also guaranteed that it would turn out correct which was a major relief to me when other places told me there were no guarantees. Absolutely will not consider going anywhere else after such a great experience in turning her dream into a reality. Also an excellent selection of watches which I noticed. Went in to store to exchange a watch I received for Christmas. Staff were extremely helpful and knowledgeable and worked with me to select a beautiful Carl Bucherer watch. Unfortunately noted a problem with the watch the next day and returned to the store. Armen evaluated the watch and determined there was an issue with the watch. He called the company and they set out a replacement immediately. I could not ask for better service and they have a customer for life.
