Darakjian Jewelers accepts Visa, MasterCard, American Express, JCB, Diner's Club, Discover, personal check, traveler's check and wire transfer.
Due to market fluctuations, we are unable to guarantee the price of some special orders and out of stock items. If the price of an item is different from the last advertised price, we will contact you for your approval before proceeding with the transaction.
All returned checks will be assessed a fifty ($50.00) dollar fee and if not collected within one (1) week may be turned over to a collection agency.
Any merchandise purchased from Darakjian Jewelers may be returned for a full refund provided that the merchandise being returned is in original and unworn condition, including all original boxes and documents from the manufacturer (if applicable), and the date of return is within 60 days of the date purchase. The original sales receipt must accompany all returns in order to receive a full refund. Special Orders, custom work or stock merchandise altered at the request of the customer may not be returned or exchanged.
Special Orders are not returnable or exchangeable. Special Orders are defined as: 1) Any non-inventory purchases 2) Any stock item altered at a client’s request (i.e. sizing a ring). A minimum of a fifty (50%) percent deposit is required at the time of the order and is not refundable. Only Special Orders that are cancelable by Darakjian Jewelers at the client’s request are subject to a possible refund of the client’s deposit, at management’s discretion.
